There almost more than 8 free web hosting website that offers you free hosting and you can use their subdomain, remember you're taking the hosting only for gaining knowledge.
For checking your Search Engine Optimization friendly post login to your WordPress dashboard install and activate Yoast plugin. After finishing installation and activation plugin click on add new post. And after loading your page scroll down and you will see Yoast SEO option below and there are three options [ SEO, Readability, Social ] for checking your post. you can't check Social option if you are not a paid member of Yoast SEO. But other two facilities you can use.

When you will use Yoast SEO plugin you will see three colors of signal that changes by fixing issue, and these colors are "Red, Orange and Green" and these colors mean Red = Non-Seo friendly, Orange = Ok and Green = Fully SEO friendly.
